The Manning School will begin it’s annual fundraising initiative offering Equal Exchange’s Fair Trade Fundraising Coffee, filled with organic coffees, teas, chocolates, healthy snacks, gifts, and gift wrap (tree free)!
Will you help raise money for the Manning’s art program, field trips, and enhanced classroom technology by stocking up on items you use every day and buying you use everyday and buying gifts for your family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors? Our school will earn 40% of each Equal Exchange sale.
Equal Exchange’s Fundraiser is sweet in many ways. Your purchase not only helps the Manning raise funds. You will be improving the lives of small-scale farmers and artisans around the globe. And because the foods are organic, you know the products you are purchasing are gentle on the earth and produced without pesticides or harmful farming practices. Ir’s a sweet deal and something you can feel proud to support – a win-win!
Look for your catalog in your child’s backpack and start collecting orders today. On the back of the catalog we’ve included a Checklist to help ensure you reach out to at least five people who want to help!
Together we can make this the most successful fundraiser yet, raising money in a socially responsible and environmentally conscious way!
- Your order is due Friday December 7, 2012. Please return it in your child’s backpack!
- Your Products will be delivered to you the week of December 17, 2012.

- Please tally up your orders at the bottom of the order form and write neatly: if we can’t read your order, we won’t be able to order your products!

Seasons greetings! It’s that time of the year again… Time to decorate your very own Candy house! We will supply the graham crackers to build your house and the candy to decorate it as you wish. House cost $10 each. Please download and fill out this form below and send it back as soon as possible. The Candy House Competition will be held on
Thursday, December 6, 2012. Manning parents you are invited to come and help out your children turn an ordinary house into an extraordinary holiday candy house. Return this reservation form ASAP with the Candy House payment to Mr. Brown.
On Thursday, December 6, 2012 come to the MBASP at 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Remember to bring a shoebox so you can carry your own creation home. Please remember all students must be accompanied by an adult. You must remain with your child at all times. 3. Sophia Snow Luncheon Recap
Each year we are so excited to prepare and host a luncheon for the residents of Sophia Snow House. The upper grades help to set up the dining room and prepare lunch. They also greet and serve our guests while the younger grades perform, sing songs and make favors for the residents to take home with them. It was a special day for everyone involved.
