You may have heard this term. It’s becoming quite a buzz word! The Manning has been implementing this curriculum since before it was fashionable. Here are some important things to know about it:

  • The core competencies of S-E Learning: self-awareness, social awareness, decision making, relationships, self-management.
  • This learning is rolled out on a monthly basis
  • School-wide activities such as the morning pledge and birthday book celebrations support the learning
  • Every classroom has a set of expectations around the S-E curriculum.
